Selin Yarar is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and a dancer with over 15 years of formal dance training.
Her classes, focus on building flexibility, joint stability, core strength, posture, and body awareness.She believes yoga should feel empowering, accessible, and sustainable, helping you move better, recover faster, and feel stronger from the inside out. Her goal is to create a space where you can reconnect with your body, train smarter, and leave the mat feeling balanced, grounded, and energized.
